Orson Automation (S) Pte Ltd is an Authorised Partner of Tally Solutions Private Limited. We provide implementation, customization, support, and related services for Tally accounting software. We are an independent service provider and not an affiliate, subsidiary, or agent of Tally Solutions.

You may use our websites for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, contacting us, and accessing legitimate business information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our websites for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our websites, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Orson Automation (S) Pte Ltd or our licensors and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws. The “Tally” trademark and related logos are property of Tally Solutions Private Limited and are used under license.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

5. Services and Limitations

Service Description

We provide:

  • Tally software implementation and customization

  • Data migration services

  • Technical support and maintenance

  • Training and consultation

  • Cloud hosting for Tally (Tally on Cloud)

Important Limitations

  1. Software Licensing: We facilitate Tally software licensing but are not the licensor. All software licenses are governed by Tally Solutions’ End User License Agreement (EULA).

  2. Service Scope: Our services are limited to what is explicitly agreed upon in service agreements or statements of work.

  3. Third-Party Dependencies: Some services may depend on third-party infrastructure, including Tally Solutions’ systems and cloud providers.

6. User Content and Communications

When you submit inquiries, feedback, or other communications through our websites:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content to respond and provide services

  • You represent that you have the right to share such information

  • We may retain communications as described in our Privacy Policy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our websites. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will update the “Last Updated” date to reflect changes.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our websites at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
